Price Erros /System Mistakes
We try to keep our system in good working condition. If there is a price error or system problem, we reserve the right to sell. Should this happen, we will notify you, cancel the order and will not charge you.

Returns
All sales are final unless there is an error in the order. Items must be in its original condition. Please notify us within 5 business days of receipt and the items must be received within 15 days of receipt. All returns must notify us and get approved first. We require proof of errors/ mistakes prior to giving a return authorization number. One or a few pictures maybe required. We will issue refund after we examine the condition of the items. If the item is in its original condition, you refund will be issued in 3 business days. Shipping is not refundable. We will refund you the item cost minus shipping charge. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. All item returned must provide tracking number and insurance.

Ribbon Matching Colors and Texture
We are not a manufacturer. We buy globally. We do our best finding the best products possible. The texture and color of ribbons may not be the same.

Out of stock items
If any item is out of stock and we haven't updated our online store, we will notify you. You may choose to cancel the sold out item and get refund for the item and associated shipping. Or simply cancel the whole order and get full refund. We do not have back orders.

Packaging of Ribbons
To speed up our delivery, we do not roll or fold ribbons. They are put in a plastic bag. We always use bubble mailer or box to ship them so they will arrive in good condition. Dear Ribbon is a green company. We may use used box to ship. If you prefer new box, please let us know. We will be glad to do it for you.

Continuous Piece of Ribbons
We try to avoid cuts if possible and give our clients a continuous piece. If there is a cut in your ribbons, we will add more ribbons for you.

Refuse Orders
Dear Ribbon reserves the right to sell orders. For example, suspicious payment, unconfirmed address, or any other reason. If so, we will refund you full payment and automatically cancel the order.

Shipping Charge
Small orders are shipped by USPS first class mail. Large orders are shipped by UPS.

Shipping Time
You order will be shipped within 3 business days when payment is cleared. We usually ship within 2 days. If your order is shipped by USPS first class it may take 3 to 5 business days to arrive. If shipped by priority, it may take another 2 to 3 business days to arrive.
